MEMBER SUPPORT – HERE TO HELP!
Managing markets is fascinating work due to its many interactions with different types of people and issues.
But it’s often challenging – particularly for those new to the service – as not all market officers have experience to deal with such a wide range of issues.
NABMA membership means having a friendly, helpful network of market colleagues around the country. You are not alone in your problems!
Individually, we don’t know all there is to know – but together we have tackled most – if not all – of the problems that individual managers face.
Trouble with traders? Interpreting market law?
Issues with licences? Fake goods on stalls?
Replacing stalls with pop-ups? Safety issues?
Advice needed on markets policy? Street markets concerns?
Car Boot Sales problems? Promotions & Marketing?
Pedlars? London Markets?
Management factors? Market Hall issues?
Business Rates? Stall charges?
There are lots of issues that arise in markets – and you can’t be expected to immediately know how to handle them. As a NABMA member you can contact our friendly and helpful, experienced NABMA Colleagues to quickly find out the way forward.
