A local primary school pitched up at Bolton Market this week as part of the Virgin Money ‘Make £5 Grow’ initiative. 48 Year 5 pupils from Sacred Heart Primary School in Westhoughton set up stalls in the ‘mini-apprentice’ style challenge. Each child was given £5 to invest in a start-up business to create products to sell to the public. The children had been split up into teams and thought up their own product ideas, promotional tools and business names. Read More
