A Seminar designed to improve staff communication skills which will be led by Philip Heath of IMS Ltd.  The main focus of the Seminar will be communication methods, staff retention and training, service delivery and dispute resolution, staff motivation, customer satisfaction, evaluation and audit and inter personal skills.   This course will be ideal for staff with supervisory duties and front line market and management staff.
