This course will explore Retail Market Halls looking at letting\'s, security, refuse removal, cleaning, fire risk assessments, other regulatory requirements etc. It will also explore leases, tenancy agreements, rating matters etc.
The day will also focus on New Halls and consider layouts, provision of facilities etc.
The Lecturer will be Allan Hartwell - Director of Market Place Europe, who has over 30 years experience in organising and controlling Retail Markets assisted by the newly appointed NABMA Training Officer, Dennis Wardle.
