This course will explore Retail Market Halls looking at letting\\\'s, security, refuse removal, cleaning, fire risk assessments, other regulatory requirements etc. It will also explore leases, tenancy agreements, rating matters etc.
The day will also focus on New Halls and consider layouts, provision of facilities etc
The Lecturer will be the NABMA Training Officer, Dennis Wardle, who has 42 years experience in all aspects of Local Authority Market functions.

Cost is £100 per course with reduction for attendance at both courses to £75.00 per course if booked together.
