PEDLARS AND UNLAWFUL TRADING
Wednesday 24 January 2007
Dr. Brian Iddon, M.P., Bolton South East, will be introducing a Ten Minute Bill on the 21st February with the intention of promoting national legislation to control pedlars and unlawful traders in town centres.
As you know this has been a NABMA priority for the last few years and a number of our members have sought to deal with the problem by promoting local legislation. This is an opportunity to deal with the position on a national basis and it would be very helpful if members of NABMA would write to their local M.Ps indicating that Dr. Brian Iddon is taking this action and encouraging local MPs to contact him and be in the Chamber on the 21st February to give him support.
