Nabma has received numerous responses to its requests for information on rating. Thank you to all who have contributed such helpful information. The replies are now being analyzed however it is clear that the matter is of great importance and concern to many Members across the country. On this basis the NABMA Chief Executive has advised that NABMA will pursue the matter on a national basis and a guidance note will be produced shortly for the benefit of Members.

At this time it is recommended by NABMA that Members do not respond individually to Valuation Panels but request that the matter is referred to NABMA in the first instance that will be taking up the subject on behalf of its Membership.
