Praise for NABMA training

Thursday 05 April 2007

NABMA is delighted at the feedback from the Merchandising Markets course held at Derby during the week. In the last 18 months some 200 market officers, consultants and sponsors have attended NABMA training events and the first NABMA residential school in May is now fully booked.

The Merchandising event was provided by NABMA corporate sponsor Radford Shelving Division with Tracie Lambert as the presenter. The below is just one of the positive feedbacks as received. Look out for future courses and make sure you book early to avoid disappointment.

"This course was very useful. As a markets consultant I advise and support many local markets authorities, providing them with direction and analysis so that they can positively move forward in these changing times. One of the key issues that I come across is the lack of presentation, both by the market authorities and the traders. There is no way that markets can be viable and sustainable unless they provide an attractive customer offer, a significant part of which is high quality presentation and merchandising - and it is this important factor that Tracie Lambert of Radford addresses. Tracie is very knowledgeable and enthusiastic; she is well-researched and provided us with workshop material to a high standard. I'd like to recommend that the message be spread further, perhaps by arranging a further workshop at Conference later this year. Thanks also to Dennis Wardle of Derby who hosted the session."
