Congratulations to Birmingham for their recent offer to provide a mentoring service for staff from other member authorities. Nottingham and the London Borough of Hackney have taken up the offer. This is an initiative which merits wider support and NABMA would be interested to know of other members who would be interested in participating in a mentoring programme.
