Thursday 18 May 2006
The recent Wholesale Forum was held at Bradford. A large attendance visited the St. James’s Wholesale Market before a debrief and a full agenda of operational and policy related items.

Colin Wolstenholme, Markets Manager, led a tour of the market and explained how organic waste will be separated from the general waste producing a significant cost saving to the Council.
