500 Market Sites Available – Beware
Friday 31 March 2006
Nabma has been advised that Scottish based WFM Concessions has just announced that it has recently tied up a deal with NCP Car Parks to enable markets to be operated on its sites at over 500 car parks throughout the UK.
The locations are either hard-standing surface or multi-storey car parks and are located mostly in major towns and cities.
WFM are now looking to offer leases to any parties willing to operate markets on these sites, the length and terms of which will be by mutual agreement.
Naturally this information is of concern to Nabma and it will be appreciated if colleagues would inform the Nabma office of any information they have regarding possible disposal in their town or city centres. Updates will be provided at the forthcoming forum meetings of Nabma.
