It is pleasing to note that several members have already expressed an interest in this matter. Preliminary arrangements are being made for a meeting at Birmingham on either the 30th August (am) or 1st September. I have invited the relevant officer from Leicester but he is on holiday until next week, Can you please note the provisional arrangements and I will get back to you as soon as possible.
