Tender for the provision of markets in locations across Warwick District

Warwick District Council is seeking expressions of interest from market operators who would be able to manage a range of markets on its behalf across the District.
The markets included are the weekly traditional markets in both Warwick (a charter market) and Kenilworth and the monthly Warwickshire Farmers Markets in Leamington, Warwick and Kenilworth.
Interested parties are required to complete and submit an Expression of Interest Questionnaire no later than midday on Friday 18th August 2006. The EOIQ assesses the technical ability as well as both the financial and economic strengths of the companies interested in managing these markets.
For initial information including a copy of the EOIQ please contact Mr Dale Best, Head of Leisure and Amenities, Warwick District Council, P O Box 2177, Riverside House, Milverton Hill, Leamington Spa, CV35 7ER.
The Council will evaluate the completed EOIQ’s received from interested parties. A short list of companies will then be drawn up by 26th September and those companies will receive further detailed tender information by that date. The completed tender documents must then be returned to the address detailed above by midday on Friday 6th November.
It may be necessary for those short listed to attend an interview during w/c 13th November.
