Nabma in partnership with the Association of Town Centre Managers (ATCM) are to launch an employee survey.

This survey, the first of its kind, will be launched shortly into the New Year and aimed at everybody working within local authority markets.

The survey, which will be available on line, is easy to complete and will provide Nabma with basic information about its members.

The findings will be available to all members with individual responses treated in the strictest confidence with only collective data being reported.

Furthermore it is hoped that once the findings have been analysed Nabma will be able use the information to tailor a training programme to fit its members requirements.
